New Features for JSM, Workflows and Administration.
We're excited to announce several enhancements to eSign for Jira, designed to streamline your electronic signature workflows and improve administrative oversight:
- Invite External JSM Customers to Sign: You can now send Signature Invites directly to external Jira Service Management (JSM) customers, including reporters and request participants. This feature facilitates seamless collaboration with clients and stakeholders outside your organization.
- Copy eSign Project Settings Across Projects: To simplify configuration management, eSign Project Settings can now be copied between projects. This capability accelerates setup and ensures consistency of signature settings across multiple projects.
- Dynamic Signature Invites via Group Fields: The Signature Invite workflow post-function has been enhanced to support issue Group Fields as dynamic sources for invitees. This allows for more flexible and automated invitation processes based on group assignments.
- Enhanced Administration Auditing: We've introduced comprehensive auditing for eSign App and Project Settings. All configuration change events are now tracked, providing greater transparency and aiding in compliance efforts.
