Updates include:
Enhanced Visibility for Rejected Reviews
- Rejection notifications are now sent via email to all other reviewers and document owners.
- Review feedback is now a mandatory field when rejecting a document, and the feedback is shown directly on the Review panel.
- Feedback comments now retain their formatting in both email and online views for improved readability.
Selective Enablement of eSign Documents by Space
- Previously, the eSign app was visible in all spaces by default. Now, admins can choose which spaces display the eSign Documents features.
- You can hide the Documents page byline and menu items globally, then enable them only in specific spaces via eSign App Settings and eSign Space Settings.
- Note: Pages that include document metadata will always show the eSign Documents byline, even if the app is hidden in that space.
Additional Improvements
- The predefined views (Approval, Release, and Training) in the eSign Document Search macro now allow custom sort orders.
- The Document Management dialog size was increased and the inline messages now stay visibile until until closed.
- Security and technical updates for external libraries were completed.
