New Personalized Views, Training Role & Reporting Enhancements
New Features
My Reviews & My Training Views
Users now have access to two new personalized dashboards:
- My Document Reviews
- My Document Training
These views provide a real-time summary of each user’s active document reviews and open training assignments.
They are:
- Viewable online
- Printable or exportable to PDF
Find them in the Atlassian user account menu or under the eSign Reports application menu.
Admins can also use these views to check review and training status for any user across the site.
New: Training Administrator Role
We’ve introduced a new Training Administrator role for organizations with dedicated training teams separate from document control.
Training Administrators can:
- Assign training
- Track training status
- Manage training across the Confluence site
They do not have access to document release or other Document Administrator permissions outside of training scope.

Improvements
Per-User Site-Wide Document Admins
You can now assign Document Administrator rights to individual users at the site level — in addition to the existing space-level group-based configuration.ining assignments.
Manage this in eSign App Settings.
Improved eSign Reports
We’ve updated the look and feel of eSign Reports to align with the new My Reviews and My Training views.
Enhancements include:
- A cleaner design for PDF exports, with improved headers and footers
- A more consistent, polished layout across reports
Updated User Training History Report
The User Training History Report now includes:
- A cleaner visual layout
- A configurable reporting date range
(Defaults to show training records from the past year)
