New Feature: Decline to Sign, plus improvements.
Now live for eSign for Jira is an exciting new feature as well as other improvements and UX changes.
New feature: Decline to Sign
Decline to Sign gives invitees the ability to respond to a signature request inside of Jira and eSign with a Decline Reason and optional comment. This provides users with the ability to postpone applying their signature until the required changes have been made and will help teams highlight what is missing from a work item before it can be signed off.
Improvements
We’ve also modified some existing components of eSign for Jira, which are highlighted below:
- The PDF Signature Archive can now display the Affects Version and Fix Version fields
- The Bulk Operations Limit has been increased to 250 work items
- Titles can now be made mandatory when Signing
