Training Instructions and Start Document Improvements
We are excited to announce some new features coming soon to eSign Documents in early December 2025:
Training Instructions
- Author specific training guidance for each managed document to be presented to trainees.
- Optionally include links to additional resources: detailed change logs, assessment tests, other references, etc
- Edit training instructions in the working copy or the released document revision.
Start Document workflow improvements
- Automatically update the page title to include the Document ID when starting a new document
- Tag the Confluence page versions with Document Revision IDs for improved visibility
- Set the Confluence page owner to "eSign" to improve page security
New Webhook Events
Review Approved, Review Rejected, Training Complete events are now available for integration with Atlassian Automation rules.
