Feature Update
This update signifies the GA - General Availability of eSign Signatures for Jira V3 (eSign on Forge), following a successful 90 day Early Access period.
Feature Highlights:
- Sign Here: Streamlined signing for invited users and UX improvements for the Signatures panel.
- Sequential Signing: Enforce signing order by Signature Types.
- Auto Finalize: Let eSign automatically finalize Signature pages once all pending signatures have been completed.
- Notifications: Configure email notifications to signature participants on Invite, Signature Execution, Decline and/or Finalize.
- Workflow and API: Introducing a new Import API, plus improvements to the required signatures validator and void signatures workflow action.
